Who runs Cahava?                                                          It takes a full team to bring each issue to fruition. Our team is comprised of dedicated volunteers handling different steps of the process.  We strive to ensure that the team is balanced and represents the diversity of our readers -  not only equal representation of race, gender and social background but also experience in the publishing industry.  While some members are veterans in the publishing space, we also ensure to maintain a balance of individuals from "outside the industry".
